Awesome kitchen, movie theater, air mattresses, coffee machines with pods, beautiful view, fire places everywhere and just a nice home. We will definitely be back.”

“As 4 families with kids ranging between 9-16, the Black Oak Estates was the perfect fall break getaway! To my surprise the kids loved the gym as much or more than the pool. The house was very clean and fresh. The kitchens were well equipped. The home also has a great sound system that was super easy to use. We absolutely had everything we needed and would love to stay again in the future. Great places for connection and fun!”

“This home was incredible. We had 14 people and then other families for dinner and we had plenty of room. Perfect location for a Notre Dame game. We went to a football game, but it would be great for basketball, baseball, softball, lacrosse or hockey as well. The rooms were all comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms. The biggest surprise was the garage. It was such a beautiful weekend. The doors were open and people were watching TV, playing cornhole and socializing. We had a parking spot for the game, but you could easily have a tailgate party using that garage. It was quite expensive, but we had a lot of people to split the cost with. We did look at it for graduation, but the price for four or five nights was just too much. Very enjoyable place to stay.”

“We stayed here for a football game and really enjoyed it. We had a big group and the house was nice and spacious. It’s an easy walk to Notre Dame, taking around 30 minutes to get to the stadium. There were a couple of bugs in the house, but other than that it was clean. Hosts were really responsive and helpful when we ran into issues. To sleep 8 people we brought some extra pillows, blankets, and air mattresses. That worked well and I would recommend to another 8 person group, but the house had a lot of provided items and may have had enough.”

“Came into town for the ND game, it was a short walk there and super easy! Home was perfect for our group, and owners were extremely good at communicating all of the instructions for check-in. They were very responsive when I had question and even checked in to make sure everything was good with our stay. I’d highly recommend if you’re coming for a game, really easy walk to the stadium!”

“This house was so cute on the outside, nice yard and easy to find. It was in a neighborhood that I’m we felt extremely safe in! The inside of the house was very nice, the kitchen had everything we needed! Very nice except for a problem with the dishwasher, but the host had it checked out and communicated what was going on with it very effectively. The beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were fully stocked with nice smelling shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of towels!! Host was very accommodating as we were in town for a family emergency and had to extend our stay! Would definitely book this house again!”

“This condo was amazing - new, modern, clean and close to all places at Notre Dame. Having 2 covered parking spaces was a bonus. We've been coming to Notre Dame for the past 10 years, across 3 kids there, and this was by far one of the nicest places we've stayed. Thank you for a great stay!”

“What a wonderful place! It was spotless throughout, loaded with comfortable places to hang out (both inside and outside the house), and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Despite being so close to campus, Eddy Street Commons, the Backer, etc., it felt like our own private oasis thanks to the private drive and wooded backyard. We're already making plans to visit again next year!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our Notre Dame weekend. It was especially convenient for everything we wanted to do and made getting around so easy. The home was also incredibly well stocked. They had everything we could possibly need during our stay, including all of those little basic items you sometimes forget to pack. It really felt like they had thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Notre Dame or the South Bend area!”

“Excellent home for a Notre Dame Football weekend reunion! Alumni and our families stayed here together, and while we weren't at the house much, it was still a great place for our kids to play together, and for the adults to catch up after the kids went to bed. The kitchen and dining area are small if you have 8-10 people cooking and eating meals together, but the large living room with a large sectional, more chairs, and still space for the kids to play definitely make up for it. It's also a 10-min drive to campus, which was perfect for us.”

“Truly an amazing property. Two full kitchens. Two separate upstairs bedroom areas and two bedrooms on the first level. Basketball court game room and pool area are amazing and incredibly well kept. TV and lounge area in the pool area with table and refrigerator as well as a bathroom. Huge yard that is meticulously landscaped. Set back off the neighborhood and very quiet. Great place for a large group for particularly if you have kids. Also a great place to host a party. We’ve used it twice and both times the management has been extremely interactive and responsive.”
